spinp8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spinp8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinp8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, spinp8 will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player. During a suspension, access to account funds may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.
